Another --iflist bug

Hey everyone,

Another day another commit.

David was nice enough to tell me about a bug where --iflist wouldn't
report the correct values on windows if the user had set up interface
aliases. Here is an example of the buggy output:

DEV  WINDEVICE
eth1 \Device\NPF_{43939745-59EC-4539-AA18-FA1950DEABD7}
eth1 \Device\NPF_{2E9F517C-BB63-4CDC-88DC-9EE3BC9F8270}
lo0  \Device\NPF_GenericDialupAdapter

Notice how the second list has eth1 listed twice but no eth0? This bug
has now been fixed :)
