Hello to the list.

I'm unable to use nmap with my laptop and HSDPA-device which uses PPP.

-----------

I've read that there was a problem with Parallels Desktop and nmap but
that the issue was resolved in a later build of Parallels, I also have
Parallels installed (interfaces en2 & en3) and it's the latest 5608 build
of version 3 and also nmap is working when connected through en0 or en1.

I've tried uninstalling Parallels but that didn't help. At the moment I'm
unable to do a clean install on this machine and try without ever
installing Parallels but I suspect it might not be related to Parallels
but OS X, PPP-interfaces and nmap.

I'm using Mac OS X 10.5.5 and nmap 4.76 installed via MacPorts, the
connection is made through Vodafone (Option Globetrotter) ExpressCard 7.2
and as of writing, the latest Vodafone Mobile Connect Software, 2.10.02.00.

I can provide further details if requested.

Thanks.
