Yeah, I *hate* it when important mail to me gets sucked up in spam filters :(. So I try to do what I can to keep nmap-dev and nmap-hackers list mail going through to people. There is not much I can do if you filter hates Lua or the like, but anyone finds that nmap-dev or nmap-hackers mail is being disadvantaged by your provider for reasons that I can control, let me know. An example would be if you notice that the mail server (mail.titan.net, 64.13.134.2) is in some sort of blacklist. I could then contact the blacklist maintainers to get that fixed. Or if your anti-spam software has a problem with our SPF records or DNS configuration or something, let me know. You never know what sort of strange technical configurations anti-spam software will doc you for. As for a better hosting provider, I can't help you with that. One of my hosting providers (Dreamhost) accidentally overcharged customers millions of dollars earlier this year and then made a big joke of it--complete with Homer Simpson picture (http://blog.dreamhost.com/2008/01/15/um-whoops/).
