I ordered my copy yesterday from A1Books.com

for $28.21. It's $29.69 without a university-affiliated email address.
The total cost to me, including shipping, was $32.16, which only
narrowly beats Amazon's $32.97 with shipping included. But it's an
alternative to Amazon, for those who want that.
