windows installer suggestions

Hi,

Minor UI suggestions to the choose components dialog (second in the
Windows self-installer):
- -list of "components to install" could be under the title, and space
required could go underneath, making it wide enough that more than 23
chars can be read.
- -after an item is deselected, any subsequent selection or
deselection of it takes two clicks; one would be clearer.
