about a DCHPINFORM for the scanner's current address? Dynamic
payloads are not supported in the current payload architecture, but
it's something we have in mind with Jay Fink's work on a payload data

Agreed @ not requesting an address. 

I discovered while writing the dhcp-discover.nse script that a lot of dhcp servers don't respond to 'inform' requests. 
We can still do it, and it'll work in some cases, but not others. We can do both dhcpinfom and request an invalid 
address, one or the other *might* give a response (no guarantee on either, though).
