nmap payloader

All,

I have managed to identify what is happening to the payload bits I am
working on but not the cause. It looks like on the map itself the last
paylaod loaded from a file is overwriting all others. So, I think I am
closer to a working prototype than I have been thusfar.

I managed to prove this by inserting prints of the data being passed
to the map right before insertion and it is valid. I also *manually*
inserted some fake payloads which worked correctly.
