David FifieldI didn't reply for this part, here it is: I've tried to move some of the includes from tcpip.cc to netutil.cc, I can't get it to compile properly. Its rather complicated because some header files include other header files and the Makefile does not compile with the right include path for these.. I'll take the time to test it properly later, I've some work to finish off first, I'll come back to you if I succeed.
I think this is fixed since Kris's r18766. I tested building current HEAD on OpenBSD 4.7 i386, and it worked.
