Hello dev,

Accomplishments,
    ** Added the final script argument parser under
/zenmapCore/ScriptargsParser.py. and used that module
to parse script argument in zenmap Interface.

    ** To accomodate Translation, when the scripting tab is not named as
"Scripting", script Interface will
continues to work.
    ** Avoided unnecessary creation of scripting tab from profile editor.xml

    ** Added timer to command line, such that only when the user stops
typing for one second
the call back method is called.

    ** Added another timer such that,,nmap subprocess is started after
certain delay. After the subprocess
finishes execution, using output the widgets are updated.

    ** The script names will be displayed without .nse extension

    ** Merged three methods that were used for obtaining nmap path.

Priorities:

    ** Zenmap should find the path of scripts and nselib folder
automatically.

    ** Add a place in script interface to remember unknown names.
