Status Report #10 of 15

Accomplishments:
* finished the "new/edit scan" page
    - some tweaks and styling still pending, but the functionality is there [parsing the options as stored in the DB 
into checkboxes and drop-downs, and vice-versa on save. Thanks David for NmapOptions.py!]

* added "duplicate" and "delete" functionality for scans

* tweaked the Linode install to serve everything over Apache, updated the documentation accordingly (the Apache + Nginx 
instructions are still available)


Priorities:
* Finish the administrator screens
    - Blacklist management
    - User management

* Think about how to best execute scans
    - RabbitMQ still the way to go
    - design of Queue Workers
    - shipping results
