Sorry David, I don't know how can I submit a new proposal/idea.

What about using this keys:
--min-hostgroup/max-hostgroup h/H
--min-parallelism/max-parallelism p/P
--min-rtt-timeout/max-rtt-timeout/initial-rtt-timeout r/R
--host-timeout
--scan-delay/--max-scan-delay
--defeat-rst-ratelimit
-T1...T5 t/T

You did it right, just send it to the list. What happens when you press
"h" for example? Does the hostgroup size decrease by 1, or 10, or get
cut in half, or what? How do you independently control the minimum and
maximum settings? With "r", how much does the timeout change by? "p/P"
is already taken for packet tracing.
