[NSE] SIP library and scripts

Hi all,

In case you missed it in the other thread, I've created a SIP library and
two scripts supporting SIP user enumeration and password guessing. The
scripts and libraries are available from here:

I've done some testing against a couple of different servers and it seems to
work well.
