Updater prototype

Hi,

I've written an auto-updater in nmap-exp/colin/updater which works on
ubuntu and may work on macosx and windows. If you want to play with it
instructions for setting it up are in the README. Heads up that you need
a working webserver which will serve binaries. I think nginx works.
httpd may not work.

Comments? Obscure errors? A mac user who can confirm it works and not
require me to set up a test vm?
