Accomplishments:
*Improved the packet.lua library.
*Rewrote three targets-ipv6-multicast-*.nse.
*Implemented a demo program on IPv6 ranges.

Priorities:
*Add support for IPv6 ranges.
*Add targets-ipv6-multicast-*.nse into Nmap-trunk.
