Hi all,

Accomplishments:
*Accomplishments on nbase:
 +Implemented some new features, then undid most of them after revision
25655.
 +Added a parameter {int multi_addr} on addrset_add_spec() which is also
used by ncat.
 +Fixed a memery management bug on reslovedname.

*Accomplishments on nmap:
 +Implemented multicast ping, then undid most changes committed after r25661
and seek a new design.
 +Rewrote and simplified some codes in TargetGroup.

Priorities:
*Implement new design of ranges on IPv6 and IPv4.
*Reimplement the multicast ping.
