[NSE] New scripts bitcoin-info and bitcoin-getaddr

Hi All,

I just committed two new scripts that do Bitcoin as r27039.
The info script retrieves information from the remote server, while the
getaddr script requests a list of discovered remote nodes.
Comments and feedback is, as always, welcome.
