Thanks for the report. EPOLLRDHUP was introduced after the rest of the
epoll infrastructure. Could you please try the patch attached (with
the ncat test suite for instance)? If it doesn't work I can add a
check for this macro in configure.ac, to disable the epoll engine on
systems that doesn't have EPOLLRDHUP.
