Evening all,

Achievements,
Removed --log-errors from the options (It is now treated as always on)
without causing scripting errors.
Captured IPV4 and IPV6 pcaps of an NMAP -sO scan to help use for adding
support to IPV6
Fixed the WSAENETRESET unexpected error reports by adding error handling
for WSAENETRESET.
Began work on adding 0x00  hopbyhop packet support

Priorities.
Add IPV6 support to the SO option for
 0x00: hop-by-hop
      0x2b: routing
      0x2c: fragment
      0x3c: destination
