New Protocol Specific Packets added

Evening List,

I've added new support for the IPv6 protocols of
      0x00: hop-by-hop
      0x2b: routing
      0x2c: fragment
      0x3c: destination
and merged it back into the main branch.

Feel free to test this out and what not.
