What is your average scan time?

With sudo nmap -sS -F -T4 -O -sV --script=default --open IP_ADDRESS, I am
getting an average of 40 - 50 seconds scan time. The sample hosts being
scanned are out on the Internet but located in the same region as my
machine. Is this an expected average time?
