Hi,

the nsock error at NSE start should be gone in r30816.

A nsock_set_proxychain() call got duplicated during the merge and I
didn't notice. It seems that NSE was the only affected component. This
was annoying but had no actual impact. The rest seems more serious, I
would need a bit more time to analyse it.
