[GSoC 2013] Web Scanning Specialist or Discovery Scanning Specialist

hi devs,

My name is Singh Abhinav D S . I am currently doing my B.Tech(3rd Year) in
JIIT, Noida ,India.

I have experience programming in python(good) , C++(good) , HTML(good) ,
CSS(moderate)  and javascript(moderate).  I want to contribute to the
Nmap organisation as a Web Scanning Specialist or a Discovery Scanning
Specialist as i am very interested in developing scripts in lua (currently
going through it.)

I have done projects at academic level and want to contribute to the open
source community .

As to why i want to contribute to Nmap is because after my 1st Year , I
attended a training program for 1 month on Ethical Hacking where I was
first introduced with Nmap . I found it very interesting to use.

I hope to submit a script or two before the deadline of Student application
Period . I even attended the Nmap meeting on IRC(nick : singhabhinavds).

Please consider my proposal.
