The first thing that stands out to me is the file name of the script:
SSH-hostkey. Back in 2009 we renamed most existing scripts to have more
systematic names, including a change from SSH-hostkey to ssh-hostkey. So
the first thing I would check is that you don't have a very old version
of the script.

The current script looks like this:
https://svn.nmap.org/nmap/scripts/ssh-hostkey.nse

Nmap's "make install" checks for and deletes scripts with the old names,
but they won't get deleted if you install another way.
