ssl-cert-chain.patch

Hi Dev Monitor
I am trying to scan web servers to determine 
certificate chain validity dates. I see there
was a patch 'ssl-cert-chain.patch'. Has 
this been included in source code? If yes,
what is command to invoke?  If I need to
compile patch, I'm not seeing any assisting 
instructions. I'm not real strong programmer but can
do basic scripting stuff.
