Just wanted to provide another update.


1.)     Uninstalled (Z)Nmap and deleted .zenmap

2.)     Uninstalled WinPcap

3.)     Reinstalled all

4.)     Reboot(s)

5.)     Tried Standalone WinPcap

6.)     Tried Packed WinPcap
