Error when executing nmap 6.47

I've been using nmap for a while now and when I tried to open it today I'm receiving the following error. I was using a 
previous version when I first encountered this issue and the problem persists with version 6.47. I uninstalled using 
Revo Uninstaller to make sure every files / registry entry were removed and after re-installing I still get that error.
