Ali for nmap

As smartphones have become an inevitable part of our lives I
was thinking
of enhancing the development of nmap for them mainly
android ones. But not
by creating just an user interface but by building a fully
fledged api for
the core parts of the nmap and gradually covering the whole
of it.
This would help to unleash the power of nmap to every
platforms accessible
to us by giving the app developers a weapon which they
would use to build
apps with only those features they would want in the apps.
Please do give your feedbacks on the feasibility of the project
as I would
also like to take it up as this years' project in gsoc if possible.
