Check addressfamily when preparing osscan

Hello devs,

I am submitting a small patch which makes nmap check the address family
when preparing for an os scan. This solves issue #97 from Github [1]
where nmap complains about missing the nmap-os-db file with IPv4 prints
when doing an IPv6 scan.
