[patch] SSL SNA (Subject Alternative Names)

All,

I've attempted to add support for SSL SNA to Nmap by adding a function that
gets the x509 extensions of the certificate in nse_ssl_cert.cc. It seems to
be working for me, which doesn't necessarily mean anything.

I would love if someone that actually knew a bit more of what they are
doing would take a look at this and consider cleaning it up and getting it
committed.
