Hi list,

Accomplishments
 * Used macros in the patch for nmap to use the current NPcap.[1]
 * Preliminarily finished the "Admin only" mode in NPcap, need for test. [2]
        i) Modified the driver to restrict access only to Admins. [3, 4]
        ii) Add the NPcapHelper.exe project. [5]
        iii) Modified the packet.dll code to start and connect to
NPcapHelper.exe
for handles if necessary. [6, 7]
        iv) modified installation script to support "choosing Admin only"
mode in installation. [8]


Priorities
 * Clear the bugs in NPcap's Admin only mode based on call for test
feedbacks.
 * Have a meeting with Fyodor for the next step.
