 Hi,

Accomplishments:
* Add smb2_write_file function, which sends a SMB2
request to write to a file (or a pipe).
  Add smb2_ioctl_file function, which sends
an implementation-specific file system control
  or device control (FSCTL/IOCTL) command across the network.
* Add smb2_query_directory_request,
which is sent by the client to obtain a directory
  enumeration on a directory open.
* Updated vulcan script. Print "not available” instead of “no
findings” when single database doesn't exist.
   Match the whole production string instead of matching single word in the
production string.

Priorities:
* Update and test smb2 library. For Example, update smb.lua to make
smb-ls.nse support smb2 protocol.
* Work on issue #171.
* Have a meeting with my mentor.
