Accomplishments:
 * Finished implementing http digest proxy authentication in nsock's
proxychains.
 * Tested ncat in branch nmap-exp/pasca1/nmap-ncat-socks4a using
ncat/ncat-test.pl.  Had introduced an error involving --listen and
--proxy-type combinations that was solved.  Also used the tests to
determine what needs to be modified or added in order to maintain
previous ncat functionality.
 * Translated --proxy-auth in ncat to a --proxies (nsock proxychain)
specification format).
 * Split nmap-exp/pasca1/nmap-ncat-socks4a into 4 seperate branches
depending on added features or refactoring (nmap-ncat-proxychains,
nmap-nsock-proxyauth, nmap-nsock-socks4a, nmap-nsock-socks5).  I still
haven't patched the new nmap-nsock-socks4a branch due to a malformed
diff file.

Priorities:
 * Add Socks5 proxy-authentication support to nsock proxychains (with
the goal of using this with nmap-ncat-proxychains to maintain
functionality.)
 * Add http digest authentication in the branch nmap-nsock-proxyauth
and test this using nmap-ncat-socks4a.
 * Fix some of the string construction throughout these branches.
 * Add --proxies tests to ncat/ncat-test.pl.
 * Document the changes in each branch (ncat-proxychains,
nsock-proxyauth, nsock-socks4a, nsock-socks5)
