Patch: removing broken osvdb.org references from scripts

Since it seems like OSVDB is going to be down permanently, I removed the
references from current NSE scripts.  If there was only a single reference
I tried to add another one (in two or three cases).  The only site not
references previously that I added was vulnerabilitycenter.com in the
script http-axis2-dir-traversal.nse.

PS. I'm resending this because I think it might have gotten filtered as
