Npcap - building of WpdPack

Hello,
I am trying to build WpdPack by Npcap. When I build it, the "Lib"  
folder is empty in the WpdPack folder. There should be "libpacket.a",  
"labwpcap.a", ... .

Does anybody know, where problem is?

My steps:
1. I installed Win10Pcap-v10.2-5002
2. I successfully built Npcap. (In "installer" folder there is  
"Build.bat", which I ran.)
3. After this I ran "build_wpdpack.bat", which is in root folder.
    Output is:
             "
             .
             .
             Creating \Lib folder
             File not found - wpcap.lib
             File not found - wpcap.lib
             File not found - packet.lib
             File not found - packet.lib
             File not found - libpacket.a
             File not found - libwpcap.a
             Folder \Lib created successfully
             .
             .
             "

=== My requirements ===
- Windows 10, 64bit
- Win10Pcap-v10.2-5002
- Latest version of npcap (https://github.com/nmap/npcap)
