Re: Ncat -w -i options bugfixing

Greetings list,

I've added a few modifications to ncat.xml in view of conflicting options between ncat and traditional netcat. The 
implementation is preliminary and not exhaustive. I'll compile this into a man file after incorporating any suggested 
changes. Do suggest improvements (especially on those sub-headings and tags).
