Windows ncat serial port redirect

Hi,

I'm trying to make Windows ncat with serial port redirections but it does
not work with access denied error messages which is used by com0com virtual
serial port device drivers.

C:\> ncat 192.168.10.10 1231 > \\.\CNCA10 < \\.\CNCA10

but one direction works fine, i mean back and forth is not working at all.
