China and fake products

Hi All,
I know some of you have also been playing with the Teensy boards for
making PHUKD devices. I stumbled across this today:
http://www.pjrc.com/teensy/counterfeit.html
and was suspicious. One of the comments there pointed to:

Ok, I don't have a huge problem with people making clones that looks almost
exactly like something else, but to slap someone else's logo on something
and claim they made it? This is not the only instance I've encountered. I
ordered an mp3 play awhile back, and I knew it was nothing Apple related
(The ad did not claim it to be, and did not want it to be), but the maker
slapped an Apple logo on it.
Is there really no trademark law that can be enforced between China and
other countries?
Adrian
