Checkers and Splitters, Pipal goes modular

Over the last couple of months I've been doing a lot of work on
updating Pipal to make it modular. The initial plan was just to make
the checkers, the bits that do the actual analysis, modules but I've
also ended up creating splitters, these take the input word list and
break it down before it is analysed so you can now analyse passwords
and their associated usernames.

It is currently only in alpha release in the modular branch of GitHub
but I've written it up and am looking for feedback, bugs, suggestions,
anything.
