Extraction of user credentials from PWL files

In searching a LAN segment, I located a Win box that is caching credentials
in PWL files.

I am looking for a utility that will extract these credentials for further
use.

I am trying PWLHack, but I am also looking for any beter tools that might
simplify the process.\
