I've used both NGSSquirrel and AppDetective on MS SQL and Oracle.

AppDetective is alot more user friendly, simpler to install, you 
dont need to use an Oracle Client to do testing, provides more 
robust reports.

NGSSquirrel is alot more technical, performs a better audit then 
AppDetective, with a week worth of custom development you can build 
an awesome reporting tool. The default reporting has alot to be 
desired.
