Win32 Application Error?

One of the win32 systems that I have SNORT on is constantly giving error
messages. Example: snort.exe - Application Error  The instruction at
"0x0041d740" referenced memory at "0x00730000".  The memory could not be
"written".

Like I said, this only happens on one Win32 system, other that are setup
exactly the same work fine.  Any ideas?  TIA!
