WinPCAP Error

I know this isnt a Snort specific problem, but I didnt see any immediate
support on the WinPCAP site.

When attempting to test snort using IDScentre app, the Interface
initialization beings, and then the following error is produced:

ERROR: OpenPcap() FSM compilation failed:
           syntax error
PCAP command: Logs -h 10.1.1.0/24 -i 1 -a -C -d -e -X

The system that this is occurring on is a rebuilt Win2K SP2 system --
rebuilt in part due to this problem existing on the older installation.

Can anyone offer any insight?
