Snort-1.8.1-rc1 available

Hi everyone,
     I haven't received any bug or crash reports since we resolved the
tagging issue earlier today, so I'm thinking that we've got a release
pretty much ready to go.  I'm issuing version 1.8.1 Release Candidate 1
for people to run and use on Monday, and if there are no show stoppers
we're going to release late Monday or Tuesday.

RC1 is available in CVS and at
http://www.snort.org/files/snort-1.8.1-rc1.tar.gz
