about mysql

hi,
  i need your help!
 i using snort with mysql,

this is my compilation:

##########################################
./configure --with-mysql=/usr/local/mysql
##########################################

and my mysql is ok!

but when i using snort ,the snort tell me :
##########################################################
[root@test mysql]# snort
snort: error while loading shared libraries: libmysqlclient.so.10: cannot load shared object file: No such file or 
directory
##########################################################

why? pls help me!
