Snort 1.8b5 dumping core

Just as a heads up, Im still getting (although much more infrequently) core's
with snort beta5..

snort: NewFragTracker: sptInsert failed, that sucks
kernel: pid 25554 (snort), exited on signal 11 (core dumped)
