loopback traffic

Hi all,

I'm running the latest and the greatest snort on
Redhat-7.2 machine. I've tons of the following
message:


[**] BAD TRAFFIC loopback traffic [**]
11/04-23:21:04.250000 127.0.0.1:2301 ->
255.255.255.255:2301
UDP TTL:128 TOS:0x0 ID:31308 IpLen:20 DgmLen:40
Len: 20


Anyone got any clue why I'm seeing this since AFAIK I
should not seeing this kind of traffic.
