PHPlot install with Win2K and IIS

Hello everyone,

I know this must be a simple question. But has anyone installed PHPlot with 
ACID, using MSSQL, running IIS5 on a Win2K box???

I looked and was only able to find documentation refering to a Unix install.

Any help appreciated.
