RE: portscan ignore hosts -- different scenario

I did release a patch a while ago for spp_portscan that
added an ignore-targets directive, however it was never
included.

Unfortunatly I don't have the old email anymore and my
current version of spp_portscan has been rather more heavily
modified and isn't so suited to a simple diff.  Maybe there
is a copy somewhere in the list archive.

PS:
I do admit my code was a bit ugly in places so maybe thats
why?
