demarc rules updater...

For those of your who use demarc you know that the rules updated doesn't
work with windoze.

I thought I'd let you know that I'm working on a rules updater in perl
for windoze.

You'll need the mysql odbc driver and active perl is recommended.
It should be done in about 2 weeks.

If you intend to use it, comment out the rules you're not using in lieu
of
deleting them so that my updater can detect what rules are already
installed (and commented out) for comparison purposes against the new
rules that are downloaded.
