snort I.8.3 segfaults with bad 'preporcessor stream4' directive

HI all,
        minor bug report...

I got a new copy of the rules file and bungled the editing of the
snort.conf file.  The line:

preprocessor stream4:

caused snort to segfault.

To track down what the problem was I ended up running snort under gdb.
the stack trace showed the offending line in the parameters...
